Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guidewire integration across ClaimCenter PolicyCenter and BillingCenter along with Guidewire Cloud certification. You will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain integrations for Guidewire ClaimCenter and related systems.
Implement integration solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter applications.
Apply enterprise integration design patterns and best practices in solution development.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Work effectively with vendor partners (onshore and offshore) to deliver integration components.
Participate in design discussions code reviews and technical documentation activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards performance optimization and cloud platform guidelines.
Manage multiple priorities and meet fast-paced project deadlines while maintaining professional standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
10 years of experience in application development preferably in the insurance domain.
5 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire integration (PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter).
Certified on the Guidewire Cloud platform.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design principles.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns.
Excellent communication presentation negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations or migration projects.
Exposure to API-based integrations messaging frameworks REST/SOAP services.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
