Were seeking a talented Customer Success Manager reporting to a Director of Client Success Management. In this roleyouwill workas a consultative partner to Nasdaq Verafin customers providing excellent customer experience and building rapport with key contacts. You will helpto identify new adoption opportunities understand the customers key priorities and implement strategies for success to ensure we are working towards common goals. As a liaison between the customer and Nasdaq Verafin you will serveas an internal customer advocate.
What Youll Do
Build and maintainstrong relationships with key customers across departments as their primary contact.
Leverage deep knowledgeof the Nasdaq Verafin product suite to align customer needs with solutions.
Drive retentionby maximizing product adoption and optimizing application use.
Conduct strategic customer interviewsand deliver Business Reviews aligned with their success goals.
Manage feedback and escalationspromptly while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking activities in Salesforce and Gainsight.
