Job Summary

Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale I&IT initiatives managing end-to-end project delivery across business and technical teams with a focus on Agile delivery stakeholder engagement and enterprise solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT projects
Manage project scope timelines budget risks and resources
Facilitate Agile/Scrum delivery and project governance processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business IT legal and privacy
Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication

Mandatory Skills

10 years of project management experience on large complex initiatives
7 years of Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
Experience managing multi-year multi-million dollar projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing technical teams and full project lifecycle delivery
Experience with project tools (Jira MS Project Trello etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with public sector ITIL processes and OPS governance
Experience with infrastructure deployment and procurement
Experience with Oracle environments and QA processes
