Job Summary

Job Description

The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state of the art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application in order to adapt them to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application;
Fix defects in ServiceNow modules;
Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients;
Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules;
Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
Implementing corrective actions;
Reporting on progress issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.

3-6 years of hands-on JavaScript development including advanced scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies Client Scripts);
Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development;
Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization;
Proven experience designing developing and maintaining integrations (REST SOAP MID Server APIs);
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model CMDB and CSDM concepts;
Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM) is highly desirable;
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices;
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive results-oriented mindset;
Fluent in English with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team;
Experience working on international projects and with distributed teams;
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.

ServiceNow Certifications

Required:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Strongly Recommended:

Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))
Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
