Job Summary
Overview
TSS has been partnering with Stantec to assemble the project team for the Kingking Gold-Copper Project in the Philippines a world-class greenfield development currently progressing through Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS). The project includes significant supporting infrastructure such as accommodation villages operational facilities and port infrastructure.
We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to support the delivery of architectural scope associated with operational and non-process infrastructure. Working within Stantecs Energy & Resources team in Perth you will assist with producing architectural drawings and models that support DFS-level engineering deliverables.
You will work closely with the Senior Architectural Designer and multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce accurate coordinated drawings for industrial and operational facilities.
Key responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings including general arrangements floor plans elevations and layouts
Develop and update drawings and models in line with project drafting standards
Assist with space planning layouts area schedules and drawing packages for DFS deliverables
Maintain drawing registers and revision control
Ensure architectural drawings integrate with civil structural mechanical and electrical inputs
Support coordination within multidisciplinary 3D model environments
Facilities in scope
Operational and construction camps
Administration and office buildings
Medical and emergency response facilities
Gatehouses and security buildings
Warehouses workshops and industrial support facilities
Amenities including kitchens laundries and welfare areas
About you
Diploma or qualification in Architectural Drafting Architectural Technology or similar
5 years experience producing architectural drawings for either resources industrial infrastructure or large commercial projects
Experience in mining ports or heavy industrial environments is advantageous but not essential
REVIT experience advantageous but not essential
Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and multidisciplinary coordination

40 hours per week Monday to Friday with hybrid WFH flexibility
12 month assignment supporting the Kingking DFS
