Our team is a growing group of Applied AI Engineers Embedded Product Managers and Researchers focused on turning the promise of AI into real-world systems that improve how critical institutions operate.

About the role

Were hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to help drive key strategic initiatives across Percepta.

This role sits close to company leadership and touches nearly every part of the businessfrom go-to-market to partnerships to internal operations. Its an opportunity to get a front-row seat to building an applied AI company from the inside while helping translate strategy into execution.

Youll be the first hire on this team working directly with our Director of Strategy & Operations and leadership team to help solve some of the highest-priority problems at the company.

Examples of what you may work on include:

• Enable our go-to-market motion: Help manage and analyze our pipeline across prospective customers develop sales assets and support marketing and storytelling that communicates our work effectively.

• Support strategic partnerships: Help manage relationships with partners like Anthropic AWS McKinsey Nvidia and emerging AI startups across the General Catalyst ecosystem.

• Build financial and value capture frameworks: Support work with our customer-facing teams to quantify impact from AI deployments refine pricing approaches and contribute to internal financial planning and analysis.

• Turn strategy into execution: Work with leadership to translate company priorities into concrete projects ensuring initiatives move forward quickly and effectively.

• Help run the company: Support internal operations including recruiting onboarding budgeting legal coordination knowledge management and other foundational systems as we scale.

This is a high-ownership high-learning role. Youll have the opportunity to work across many parts of the company and develop a broad understanding of how AI transformation actually gets built and delivered.

24 years of experience in rigorous high-performance environments such as high-growth startups consulting and investment banking.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools or building AI-enabled workflows

• Experience working closely with product engineering or go-to-market teams
