You provide software and applications expertise and be responsible for implementation of the solutions.

How you will contribute

You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions purchase orders invoices and payments explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

Job Overview:TheWarehousing IT Leadis a critical leadership position within the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS)North AmericaLogOpsteam. This role centers on spearheading the digital transformation of warehousing solutions particularly driving the migration fromSAP WM/SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate willleveragea deep understanding oflogisticsprocesses and advanced technology solutions tooptimizeoperational efficiency streamline digital integration and lead complex technology-driven programs across the U.S. warehousing landscape.

Role Outline:As theLogOpsWarehousing IT Lead you will take a strategic leadership role focusing on warehouse management andlogisticsdigital solution initiatives. The role demands exceptional leadership in driving digital transformation efforts specifically the transition from SAPWM/EWM to SAP S/4HANA. You will provide visionary leadership in steering multiple projects and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of MDS projects that align with the overarching business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadstrategic planning and executionof digital warehousing andlogisticsinitiatives ensuring alignment with business goals for operational excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee theend-to-end managementof large-scale technology projects including SAPWM/EWM to S/4HANA migration delivering measurable results in terms of efficiency integration and automation.
  • Serve as adigital transformation champion guiding teams through the adoption ofnew technologies fostering a culture of innovation and driving continuous improvement in warehousing operations.
  • Exhibitexceptional leadership skills managing and motivating cross-functional project teams solution providers and external vendors while ensuring alignment with broader business and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership acrossglobal and regional teamsin manufacturing transportation and supply chain functions to ensure cohesive digital integration and alignment with cross-functional business needs.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships withtechnology providersand business partners leading contract negotiations ensuring strong vendor relationships and maximizing technology ROI.
  • Championstrategic KPI improvementsutilizingdata-driven insights toidentifyareas for operational improvement transparency and automation particularly within warehousing and transportation.
  • Advocate forcompliance and governanceinlogisticssolution integration ensuring adherence to internal and external standards regulations and policies.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Leadership in Digital Transformation:Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives particularly withinlogisticsand warehouse management while driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Strategic Vision:Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that align technology solutions with broader organizational goals enhancing operational efficiency and future-readiness.
  • Advanced Program Management Expertise:Demonstratedability to oversee multiple large-scalelogisticsIT programs ensuringtimelydelivery budget compliance and high-quality outcomes.
  • SAP Expertise:Deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA applying thisexpertiseto enhance warehousing and transportation solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders both internal and external ensuring alignment of business and technologyobjectives.
  • Vendor Management Skills:Experience in technology vendor selection contract negotiations and performance management ensuring successful partnerships and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of10-12years of leadership experienceinlogisticsIT program management with a focus on warehousing solutions and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to managelarge-scale complex digital projectssimultaneouslydemonstratingstrategic vision and operational excellence.
  • MBA preferred withadditionalcertifications in Project Management and SAP EWM as strong advantages.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122000 to $167750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance wellness and family support programs life and disability insurance retirement savings plans paid leave programs education related programs paid holidays and vacation time.
