Job Description:
Aerojet Rocketdyne an L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Camden AR team.
The Operations Management Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals quality and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction equipment efficiency and materials supply.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
- Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
- Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
- Plan the production for each week.
- Address all issues reviewed with team.
- Approve team members time.
- Review metrics for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior relevant Operations Management lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
