About the role
- The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in Sao Paulo supporting our US business. As a Research Coordinator you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs clarify requirements and ensure all materials are received on time.
- Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines milestones and quality on track.
- Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of reports.
- Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

You need to have the following experience:
- Strong academic qualifications preferably in areas relevant to our business (marketing psychology business)
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills demonstrated
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
