Reports to:Senior Manager Global Cash Application Service Delivery

Role Summary

TheRegional Cash Application Lead Emerging Marketssupports cash application activities across EMEA Middle East Africa and Asia-Pacific markets. This role requires a strong understanding of various global currencies banking systems and an ability to enable smooth cross-border cash posting operations. The Lead will mentor a regional team while ensuring service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash posting activities for Emerging Markets including multiple currency types (e.g.INRAEDZARSGDAUDCNY).
• Lead and support a team of 25 cash application analysts working IST hours.
• Ensure all payments are posted accurately and within SLA resolving exceptions proactively.
• Maximize efficiency and accuracy usingHighRadius CAA CloudandSAP S/4HANA.
• Partner with local treasury finance and credit teams to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth banking reconciliation.
• Monitor unapplied cash minimize manual corrections and enhance operational controls.
• Support cross-region harmonization and contribute to global continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Provide performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or equivalent.
• 35 years of O2C cash application experience ideally in multi-country emerging markets.
• Strong knowledge ofHighRadius CAA CloudandSAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with diverse banking systems and global treasury processes.
• Strong English communication; additional regional language skills an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership potential (team lead SME or mentor experience).
