POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs are more than simply providing guests with smooth checkin and checkout experiences. We aim to create moments that are memorable and unique. As a Guest Experience Expert you will take initiative in delivering a wide range of services that support guests throughout their entire stay. You will be empowered to move throughout your workspace identify what needs to be done and ensure that every interaction feels effortless and meaningful.

From handling operational tasks responding to guest requests completing essential reports to sharing insights about the local area the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every transaction contributes to the overall guest experience.

Regardless of your position a few responsibilities are essential to success:

  • Creating and maintaining a safe workplace
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Protecting confidentiality and company assets
  • Upholding quality standards
  • Maintaining professional uniform personal appearance and communication

Guest Experience Experts will spend significant time on their feetstanding sitting or walking for extended periodsand will take a handson approach to the role. This includes moving lifting carrying pushing pulling and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Performing these responsibilities effectivelyalong with other reasonable duties as assignedis critical to delivering the right experience for our guests and ensuring the success of our business every single day.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
