Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Gather and analyze product and service requirements using interviews workshops surveys and site visits to drive business innovation.
Translate complex requirements into detailed specifications supporting new business initiatives and enhancements to existing services.
Validate and verify service requirements while assessing risk through quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches.
Develop and maintain Business & Functional Specification Documents and define clear acceptance criteria for stakeholder approval.
Identify service deficiencies recommend enhancements and participate actively in testing and incident resolution activities.
Lead or support projects as accountable team members contributing expertise skills and knowledge to ensure successful delivery.

You can gather analyze and synthesize complex information from diverse sources into clear actionable specifications and insights.
Youve got substantial experience in business analysis requirements gathering or product management in a professional environment.
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Motivation and passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative solutions that drive business value.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.
You master collaborative approaches and thrive in cross-functional environments building strong relationships across organizational boundaries.
3 years working in business analysis requirements management or related business-focused roles in dynamic environments.
Excellent knowledge of English
