Were looking for Horticulturists and Plant Operators Team Leaders to be a part of this next chapter. These offer the opportunity to:

  • Use modern parks equipment as part of a coordinated crew with Team Leaders working alongside you and using mobile apps to guide daily tasks and deliver prescribed maintenance programs within a category and territory based approach.
  • Work with strong safety practices and reliable digital systems helping your team stay aligned and produce consistent highquality results across parks and open spaces.
  • Use GIS mapping field apps and the TechOne platform to access work orders record activity navigate assets and support accurate realtime delivery of maintenance programs across your assigned area.
  • Grow your skills through real development opportunities supported by experienced Team Leaders and a team culture that encourages learning and progression in parks maintenance.

What youll need for success:

  • Certificate III in horticulture or similar and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience operating parks specific equipment including mowers trimmers blowers and other grounds-maintenance machinery to ensure safe high quality upkeep of parks and open spaces
  • Experience using digital and mapping tools to assist your work
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • MR licence or the ability to obtain
  • Construction White Card
