What youll be doing...

As part of this team you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.

• Operating the best networks and systems through the technical expertise of the team and effective outage prevention/resolution.

• Producing technical documentation for automation and deployment processes.

• Implementing health checks to monitor Network health reduce outage probability and risk.

• Engaging vendors other platform owners and various support teams to resolve issues.

What were looking for...

You must be detail-oriented think critically to solve issues in real-time and focus on maximizing customer uptime and minimizing impact.

Youll need to have:

• Associates degree or two or more years of work experience.

• Three or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or Information Systems Management or any STEM-based degree.

• Experience with telecom networking networks and technologies equipment designs and configuration procedures and inventory.
