Participate in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications digital communications & events management. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description

The AVS Marketing Excellence Manager is responsible for planning organizing and executing AVS national programs (e.g. CMEF CIIE CAME etc.) that will enhance GEHC AVS branding. This role is also responsible for internal marketing & communication programs. Always working in partnership with sub-BU sales segment & application team.

Essential Functions:

1. Build up & enhance stronger GEHC AVS brand awareness via mega events exhibition e.g. CMEF CIIE CAME etc.

2. Internal marketing and communication e.g. AVS Winning Club AVS internal newsletter AVS townhall etc.

3. Operate AVS social media and digital marketing to enhance AVS branding via online channel

4. Responsive to requests from GEHC Central Marcom and PR team on GEHC level event and programs.

5. Interact with the segment sales and application team on promotion collateral required for solution promotion.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing commercial business administration or related field

10years experience in Marketing/Marcom Product Marketing or related field

Healthcare industry preferred (to-B) better with experience in AVS related area

Project management skills e.g. event planning execution video KV etc.

Strong leadership with excellent communications skill.
