研華 IT AI Center 正在推動企業級 AI Agent 落地期待招募 2 位具備 AI資料系統整合或流程自動化潛力的暑期實習生一同參與企業內部關鍵 AI 應用建置
本次實習主題聚焦於
高階 CoE Function AI Agent
結合企業知識庫流程自動化與生成式 AI
協助打造具備研華領域知識與行動能力的智慧代理人AI Agent
實習期間將有機會參與 HRFAEPDRD 等企業核心職能 AI Agent 專案接觸最新的企業 AI 平台與 Agent 架構設計包含 Microsoft AI BuilderLangGraphGemini 等技術實際參與從需求定義資料整理原型開發到成效驗證的完整流程

工作內容
1. 協助建置企業內部 Function AI Agent包含 HRFAEPDRD 等應用場景
2. 參與 知識庫整理文件結構化Prompt 設計Agent Workflow 設計
3. 協助串接內部資料源流程系統與 AI 平台提升 AI Agent 回答品質與可用性
4. 協助進行 AI Agent 效能測試案例驗證與使用者回饋分析
5. 與主管及團隊成員合作持續優化 AI Agent 的準確率回應速度與實務應用價值
6. 參與企業 AI 專案會議PoC 驗證與成果簡報整理

專案目標
實習生將有機會參與以下方向
1. HR Agent
支援高階人才發展與關鍵人才識別 AI Agent 建置
協助優化自動化評估與推薦流程
目標提升人才識別與評估效率與準確度
2. FAE / PD / RD Agent
建置技術知識型 AI Agent
協助縮短技術問題回覆時間
降低跨部門技術人員重複溝通與會議時間
3. Enterprise AI Platform Integration
於平台整合 Microsoft AI BuilderLangGraphGemini 等技術
探索多 Agent 協作自我學習迴路與知識問答優化
持續提升回覆正確率與實務可落地性

條件要求/必備條件
大學或研究所在學生科系不限資訊工程資管電機工工數據分析AI 相關背景尤佳
對 生成式 AIAI AgentLLM 應用知識庫問答流程自動化 有高度興趣
具備基本程式能力至少熟悉以下其一
o Python
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o SQL
具備基本資料整理文件閱讀與問題分析能力
良好溝通能力能與跨部門成員合作
具主動學習獨立思考與解決問題能力
加分條件
有使用過以下任一工具或框架者佳

• Compensation: Undergraduates $220/hr; Graduates $250/hr.

• Location: Advantech Linkou Campus / Taipei Neihu Headquarters.

Project Descriptions:

Advantechs IT AI Center is driving the large-scale implementation of Enterprise AI Agents. We are seeking two Summer Interns with a passion for AI Data System Integration and Process Automation to participate in building critical internal AI applications.

Internship Focus

• High-level CoE Function AI Agents: Integrating Enterprise Knowledge Bases Process Automation and Generative AI.

• Building Intelligent Agents: Developing agents with Advantech domain knowledge and actionable capabilities.

• Core Business Scenarios: Participate in projects for HR FAE PD and RD. Gain hands-on experience with the latest platforms and architectures including Microsoft AI Builder LangGraph and Gemini. You will be involved in the full lifecycle from requirement definition and data structuring to prototyping and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Construction: Assist in building internal Function AI Agents for scenarios such as HR FAE PD and RD.

Knowledge Engineering: Participate in knowledge base organization document structuring Prompt Engineering and Agent Workflow design.

System Integration: Connect internal data sources and process systems with AI platforms to enhance response quality and usability.

Validation & Optimization: Conduct performance testing case validation and user feedback analysis.

Collaborative R&D: Work with the team to continuously optimize accuracy response speed and practical business value.

Project Management: Participate in AI project meetings PoC (Proof of Concept) validation and result presentations.

Project Goals

HR Agent: Support high-level talent development and key talent identification; optimize automated evaluation and recommendation workflows.

Technical Support Agents (FAE/PD/RD): Build knowledge-based AI agents to reduce technical response times and minimize cross-departmental communication overhead.

Enterprise AI Platform Integration: Integrate Microsoft AI Builder LangGraph and Gemini; explore Multi-Agent collaboration self-learning loops and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) optimization.

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Education: Current Undergraduate or Graduate students. All majors are welcome but backgrounds in CS MIS EE IE Data Analytics or AI are preferred.

• Interests: Highly interested in Generative AI AI Agents LLM applications Knowledge Bases and Process Automation.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python JavaScript/TypeScript or SQL.

• Soft Skills: Strong data organization document comprehension problem-solving and cross-departmental communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with AI tools/frameworks: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Gemini LangChain or LangGraph.

• Experience with Low-code/No-code platforms: Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform or AI Builder.

• Familiarity with Vector Databases RAG or Knowledge Management Systems.

• Experience in Chatbot/AI Assistant development Prompt Engineering or Web App/Dashboard development.
