專案說明

實習專案名稱 企業級 AI Multi-Agent 整合與工作流優化專案

工作內容

1.多代理人架構整合運用 Multi-Agent 框架如 LangGraph整合並優化現有內部各部門之 AI Agent打造全方位的企業智能助理生態系

2使用者需求分析深入各部門進行需求訪談將實際業務痛點轉化為 AI Agent 的功能擴增精準提升同仁工作效能

3.技術驗證與效能調優負責新架構的 PoC 技術可行性驗證與壓力測試確保系統在高併發環境下的穩定性與反應速度

資格

• 學歷要求大四碩一碩二生資工資管軟體工程等相關科系尤佳

• 核心技術

  • 具備紮實 Python 程式設計基礎

  • 了解 NLP 技術與大型語言模型LLM原理能獨立實現 RAG 或 Prompt Engineering 相關功能

  • 理解 Multi-Agent 分散式架構設計與 Workflow 規劃具備 LangChain 或 LangGraph 經驗者優先

• 進階工具

  • 熟悉主流 AI 框架TensorFlow 或 PyTorch及雲端平台服務Azure/AWS/GCP

  • 具備雲端部署API 整合與系統優化之基本認識

• 軟實力與熱忱

  • 具備數據分析思維與跨團隊協作能力能將技術語言轉化為業務解方

  • 對 AI 業界實務有高度熱忱具備流暢的英文溝通及參與國際線上會議之能力

Internship Overview

• Duration: 2026/06/23 08/28 (Full-time Mon-Fri).

• Compensation: Undergraduates $220/hr; Graduates $250/hr.

• Location: Advantech Linkou Campus / Taipei Neihu Headquarters.

Project Descriptions:

Project Title Enterprise AI Multi-Agent Integration & Workflow Optimization Project

Job Description

Multi-Agent Architecture Integration: Leverage Multi-Agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) to integrate and optimize existing internal AI Agents building a comprehensive intelligent assistant ecosystem for employees.

Requirement Analysis & Interview: Conduct user interviews across departments to transform business pain points into functional enhancements for AI Agents driving operational efficiency.

Technical Validation & Performance Tuning: Execute PoC for technical feasibility and performance testing to ensure system stability scalability and low-latency execution in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Senior Undergraduates or Masters students (CS MIS Software Engineering or related fields preferred).

• Core Technical Skills:

  • Solid foundation in Python programming.

  • Understanding of NLP and Large Language Model (LLM) principles; capable of implementing RAG or Prompt Engineering functions independently.

  • Familiarity with Multi-Agent architecture and Distributed System design (Experience with LangChain or LangGraph is a major plus).

• Advanced Tools & Platforms:

  • Familiar with AI frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and Cloud Services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

  • Basic knowledge of cloud deployment API integration and system optimization.

• Soft Skills & Passion:

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • High passion for AI industry practices; proficient in English communication for participating in international online meetings.
