Job Summary

On behalf of a globally recognized research organization we are seeking a seasoned professional who navigates with confidence in both scientific and corporate environments. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker who will drive cross-functional R&D projects optimize complex organizational structures ensuring that strategic decisions are translated into organizational reality.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive coordination of the operational needs (such as legal public procurement and financial) of departments implementing research and development projects collaborating with central operational units and developing related processes in line with strategic goals;
System-level interpretation and implementation of organizational and economic goals;
Breaking down strategic decisions to an operational level and ensuring their implementation;
Managing and optimizing complex organizational structures;
Initiating and coordinating process development organizational development and change management projects;
Identifying managing and minimizing operational risks;
Directing developing and evaluating the performance of managers and staff;
Identifying evaluating and managing operational financial and organizational risks;
High-level representation of the companys interests in internal and external forums;
Executive reporting and preparation of decision-support analyses;
Facilitating effective organizational communication and cooperation.

Requirements

Several years of project management experience gained in complex organizations at senior or middle management level;
Practice in leading organizational development process optimization and change management projects;
Outstanding abstraction skills and experience in decision-support;
Strategic mindset strong systems-thinking and confident decision-making ability;
High-level communication cooperation and negotiation skills;
High level of responsibility integrity and leadership credibility;
Comprehensive oversight of activities in professional legal and economic contexts;
Fluent negotiation-level English language skills.
