At HSA as a truly local NDIS provider we work alongside people to identify their strengths interests and goals providing just the right amount of support they need to be able to live the lifestyle they choose.

The role:

This is a fast-paced role that comes with new challenges every day. If you have a taste for numbers and are craving a rewarding role within the community sector this is the opportunity for you.

As part of our Plan Management team youll act as a financial intermediary between the NDIA our plan-managed participants and their providers. With out team currently supporting approximately 600 participants and growing- your contribution will help us keep pace with demand while maintaining the high standard of service HSA is known for.

The pure number work is giving a genuine client centric meaning. Whether its data entry empowering our participants to understand their NDIS budgets by revising expenditure patterns or providing them with advice so they can get the most out of their package there is always something new.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is forward thinking to standout and can out value to the HSA Plan Management experience for current and prospective participants.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience within plan management or finance/bookkeeping
  • Qualification in finance/bookkeeping minimum Certificate III in Accounts Administration
  • Professional Body Membership with ICB Australia (or similar)
  • Ability to work from our Rockhampton office for up to 38 hours per week part-time considered
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team establish work priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of computer skills including sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and working knowledge of PACE and PRODA preferred but not required
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as tact diplomacy and confidentiality in dealing with a variety of external agencies and service users and their families and/or guardians
  • Current Working with Children Check (blue card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (yellow card) or ability to acquire
