Senior Collections Officer Support Customers & Drive Positive Outcomes

Were looking for an experienced Senior Collections Officer to join our growing team at SELFCO. If youre confident managing arrears great with customers in tough moments and love bringing clarity and care to every conversation youll feel right at home here.

What youll do

Manage a portfolio across early and latestage arrears
Engage customers negotiate realistic arrangements and resolve issues
Support hardship recovery and litigation files
Keep accurate notes and compliant records
Work with external partners (mercantile agents solicitors auction houses)
Action dishonours process payments and handle IDR matters

What youll bring

2 years collections experience (equipment finance ideal)
Strong negotiation skills and confidence with difficult conversations
Solid understanding of arrears and hardship processes
High accuracy great communication and reliable followthrough
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a supportive team
