Job Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and maintenance of Kajabi online courses memberships and coaching programs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective Kajabi implementations.
- Customize Kajabi templates and landing pages to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using Kajabi ensuring all functionalities work seamlessly.
- Assist in the integration of Kajabi with other tools and platforms as required such as email marketing software and payment processors.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for clients to maximize their use of Kajabi tools.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize course delivery and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Kajabi features and best practices to continually improve the services offered.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven expertise and experience in using Kajabi.
- Strong knowledge of online course creation digital marketing and membership site development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Kajabi.
- Experience in supporting or managing online educational content and membership sites.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic HTML/CSS for customizations.
- Experience in project management and client relations is a plus.
