Job Summary

Senior XPP /XSLT Publishing Architect

Summary

Provides end-to-end ownership of XPP and XSLT specification workflows supporting XPubs publishing systems.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain and update XPP specifications template jobs and dependent workflows.

Troubleshoot XPP Web Manager issues and resolve specification update failures.

Oversee XSLT SEF and MarkLogic ingestion pipelines.

Validate publishing output through PDF regression testing.

Support Congressional App updates requiring XPP/XSLT modifications.

Required Expertise:

Advanced XPP pagination and formatting rule design.

Extensive Saxon/XSLT 2.0/3.0 experience.

Deep knowledge of the historical Congressional publishing specification set.

Minimum 10 years in C# SQL stored procedures Blazor Server and Saxon
