Job Summary

Physical therapist inpatient acute. Schedule work 36-40/hrs a week with flexibility. Work schedule will be split between the two facilities with 3 days/week at Kona Community Hospital and 2 days/week at Kohala Hospital (or visa versa) for include 1 weekend day but is flexible. 36-40/hrs a week with flexibility. Start date is Contingent on passing Epic test

Shift: Dayshift with some weekends
