Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer you will engage in the design construction and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements developing innovative solutions and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices ensuring that the applications you create are both functional and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.- Implement best practices in coding and application design to enhance performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.- Strong understanding of web development principles and practices.- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and capabilities.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
