We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Shift: 1st

• Domestic Travel: Up to 10%

• Clearance: Secret Clearance (Not Required to Start)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements interfaces behaviors and verification plans

• Apply interdisciplinary approaches to design develop and verify complex system solutions

• Evaluate customer and operational needs to integrate technical parameters and ensure interface compatibility

• Develop manage and validate system requirements including technical specifications and supplier requirements

• Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system performance and reliability

• Support and improve requirements management processes tools risk management issue/opportunity tracking and technology readiness assessment

• Resolve cross-functional technical issues across teams and disciplines

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology) Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science

• 9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proven Systems Engineering experience including:

  • System design and functional decomposition

  • Requirements development and management

  • System analysis verification and validation

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as define:d by ITAR).
