About the Role

Our team is currently seeking an Inventory and Asset Coordinator who will be responsible for shipping receiving and inventorying hardware and components. Daily tasks may include tracking inventory and product availability ensuring order fulfillment documenting shipments and making sure required tools consumables and assets are available for the team to complete service tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logical records within inventory management systems (e.g. configuration management databases and asset management repositories).

  • Perform inventory cycle counts data corrections and support data center regulatory compliance or certification audit activities.

  • Handle material movement including shipping receiving and inventory management following standard processes.

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Work closely with field technicians and central hubs to coordinate shipping activities.

  • Arrange freight carrier pickups and delivery schedules.

  • Notify management of stock shortages and escalate issues as needed.

  • Follow all safety requirements and procedures.

  • Recommend improvements for safer faster and more accurate processes.

  • Support additional project tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Inventory and logistics experience

  • Familiarity with documentation requirements for inbound and outbound shipments

  • Ability to operate a pallet jack

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and within a distributed team environment

  • Ability to travel locally between data centers if required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) when necessary

  • Ability to safely climb ladders when required

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment correctly

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a facility environment

  • Ability to handle tools and equipment make precise adjustments bend/twist and perform repetitive movements as required

Minimum Qualifications
  • S2: 1 years of relevant experience

  • S3: 2 years of relevant experience
