About the Role!

Youll build reliable high-quality software across and modern JavaScript stack contributing to both new product capabilities and improvements to existing systems. Working closely with engineers designers and product managers youll design and deliver features that serve real customers while maintaining strong standards for performance reliability and maintainability.

At this level youll take ownership of features and technical solutions while continuing to deepen your technical expertise and system understanding.

AI is reshaping how software gets built and we see it as a force multiplier for engineers. Youll be expected to use AI tools effectively to accelerate development improve productivity and enhance engineering workflows.

• Designing and developing web applications and services using C# .NET (Core MVC Web API) and SQL Server.
• Building modern front-end experiences using JavaScript and TypeScript with frameworks such as React.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design implement test and deliver product features.
• Writing well-tested maintainable code that meets standards for performance scalability and security.
• Troubleshooting issues across development and production environments.
• Leveraging AI development tools to improve productivity in coding testing documentation and debugging workflows.
• Participating in code reviews technical discussions and improvements to engineering practices.
• Taking ownership of features from development through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

What Sets You Apart

• 35 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET (Core MVC Web API) and SQL Server.
• Experience building front-end applications using JavaScript or TypeScript with frameworks such as React.
• Solid understanding of APIs databases debugging testing and version control.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development environments (Azure preferred).
• Comfort using modern AI development tools to support productivity and engineering workflows.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Backend: .NET / C# (Web Core) powering distributed services.

• Observability: Metrics logging alerting and dashboards in Datadog because we believe you cant improve what you dont measure.
