Job Summary
Description
Assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations outlined under the MCVP policies and guidelines and adhering to Mayo Clinic policies in the Mayo Employee Policy collaboration with the supervisor adjusts staffing levels to workload. Assist with guiding developing disciplining and maintaining a staff and volunteers which provide quality products and services. Provides absence coverage for the supervisor. Maintains expertise in all areas and possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Must possess four years of retail operations experience and leadership experience. Prefer experience working with or in volunteer roles. Must be proficient in computer skills and inventory control management. Prefer knowledge of quality processes inventory control continuous performance improvement concepts. Must have high school diploma. Must be able to read write and understand English.
Associates degree.
