Responsibilities:

The work performed by Parts shipping expert or lead parts shipping expert consists of :

Follow up material readiness for urgent shipment to sites.

Expedite logistics on box & pack activities.

Give input to shipping support team to process and manage/prepare of necessary

documentations for the shipment.

Follow-up with shipping support team on shipment preparation progress until the shipping

is complete on the HQ side

Update project team with necessary shipping information and documents.

Update shipping info where necessary

Site NC shipping expert is measured according to the following performance indicators.

-Cycle time of shipment management

-Adherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instruction

-# of shipment managed

-Initiative managed

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college preferred in engineering or machine

Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a shipping organization or quality/analytics function

or FSE or Eng.

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Fluent English and Italian

Desired Characteristics:

Ability to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives.

Ability to multi -task in a high pressure environment

Ability to organize prioritize tasks risks resources milestones and deliverables

Strong interpersonal skills. Communication skills with multiple function

Knowledge of ISO9001

O&G product knowledge

Proficient in MS Excel
