INDUSTRIAL QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Manager within the assigned scope.
- Act as quality reference for maintenance teams on technical process and supplier quality issues.
- Manage internal NCRs (including MIE) using structured problemsolving methodologies (e.g. QRQC).
- Participate in customer inspections and FAV for maintenance activities.
- Support and qualify teams on SelfInspection and manage inspection checklists.
- Perform workstation audits maintenance execution assessments and followup actions.
- Define and deploy quality control plans based on FMEA field returns and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and reduce Defects Demerit FPY and Cost of NonQuality (CONQ).
- Support Lean Manufacturing deployment and KPI improvement in line with APSYS requirements.
- Promote a strong Quality and EHS culture within the depot.
