Job Summary
Infosys is looking for ControlM Lead platform Engineer with deep expertise in workload automation platforms Python & SQLto lead the design development and optimization of scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud data platforms data platforms and team players with a passion for solving complex data challenges in a collaborative environment. Youll collaborate with Product Owners Lead Data engineers Analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in an entrepreneurial culture where teamwork is encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is valued.

Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofPhoenix AZ orHouston TXor Richardson TX Raleigh NC or Kansas City KS or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at thistime.
- At least 4years of experience with Information Technology.
- Extensive experience as a ControlM Administrator or Lead Engineer in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in BMC ControlM (Server EM Agents Plugins APIs Application Integrator).
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Unix/Linux
- Python scripting
- Cloud platforms: Azure AWS Snowflake Synapse
- Proven experience building high availability disaster recovery and scalable orchestration solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing workflow automation for large job volumes (10000 jobs).
- Strong background in ControlM migrations upgrades governance and operational standards.
- Expertise integrating LDAP/Active Directory and security best practices.
- BMC ControlM Certifications (6.x to 9.x series).
- Experience leading automation teams or cross-functional engineering initiatives.
