Imaging Team Lead

Job Summary
Pay: $28-$32 an hour
The Imaging Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily imaging operations to ensure efficient workflow adherence to production schedules and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role provides direct leadership to imaging staff monitors productivity and performance and ensures resourcesincluding personnel equipment and materialsare effectively allocated to meet operational requirements.
The position supports operational execution by identifying workflow inefficiencies implementing process improvements and addressing production issues in a timely manner. The Imaging Team Lead collaborates with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with business objectives customer requirements and delivery timelines. This role also reinforces a culture of accountability continuous improvement and team engagement within the imaging function.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain a culture of Safety including leading by example
Strategize with Operations leader for daily/weekly/monthly forecasted operational execution
Will be responsible for the workflow from the associates assigned to his/her team
Implement operational policies and procedures
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Provide daily production/quality feedback
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with Operations leader for implementation
Build partnerships with operational peers to ensure open communication and seamless collaboration
Work with Kofile management and staff to meet our customers needs and delivery schedules.
Hands on work alongside team members driving efficiency and quality workmanship
Ensure team members are executing per the efficiency goals
Complete production documentation in full and accurately
Ensure that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.
Maintains quality while enforcing organization standards
Monitor workflow and quality making changes where necessary to improve throughout
Train team members on all applicable Work Instructions
Communicate any production delays or problems immediately to the staff or to Kofile management. Assist in problem solving and continuous improvements to production process.

Qualifications :
Education: High School diploma or GED
Minimum 2-4 years experience as an Imaging technician or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word Excel Outlook
Excellent communication skills with ability to train
A solid understanding of operations management and organizational methods
Problem solving skills
Fine-tuned communication skills with varying levels within a company
Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar
Leadership ability and a highly organized approach to leadership
