Job Summary
As a Senior Software Solutions Engineer youll:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for new and existing software solutions.
Align development efforts with business strategies and objectives.
(Co-)Design develop test and deploy internal applications using modern programming languages and technologies.
Identify opportunities for automation process optimization and system enhancements.
Monitor maintain and improve existing applications for performance security and scalability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver efficient solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Share knowledge contribute to team development and help refine workflows.
Work closely with IT business departments and leadership to achieve common goals.
Participate in agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Co-create technical and user documentation and provide training on internal tools.
