Senior Associate Projects Development & Construction

Non-contentious Construction Specialist

The Role

You will focus on non-contentious construction working across major development and regeneration projects. The role will involve drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction and engineering documentation likely including:

Building contracts
Professional appointments
Collateral warranties
Development agreements
Procurement documentation
Construction security and ancillary documents

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for your own matters and client relationships. The work is varied high-value and often part of large-scale multi-disciplinary teams.

The Requirements

The successful candidate will:

Have at least 5 years PQE in non-contentious construction
Be confident drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke contracts
Possess strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Enjoy collaborating on major development infrastructure and real estate projects
