Position in the Organization
Reporting line: Facilities Management Director / Real Estate Director
Management: internal technical teams and external service providers
Key interfaces: HSE IT Procurement Finance building occupants
Role Purpose
Ensure the availability safety regulatory compliance and technical performance of buildings and technical installations while optimizing operating costs and service quality for 5 sites with 25.000 sqm and approx. 2000 employees in France and Morocco.
Hard Services Scope
Electrical systems
HVAC (heating ventilation air conditioning)
Plumbing and sanitary systems
Fire safety systems (FSS)
Lifts and electromechanical equipment
Backup power generators / UPS
EV charging infrastructure (EVSE)
BMS
Key Responsibilities
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Supervise service providers and maintenance contracts
Handle technical incidents and emergencies
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety requirements
Lead technical projects and refurbishment works
Drive continuous improvement and energy performance initiatives

Manage Facility vendors contracts and budgets
Manage and ownership of local facility projects
Serve as local liaison and partnership with local Line of business heads and WoCs
Working in a global team to implement efficient processes for accomplishing assigned objectives
Required Skills
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical HVAC and fire safety systems
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Profile Requirements
- 3 years of functional experience relevant to facilities or real estate management.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Interested by new technologies expertise in BMS
- Experience in communication and customer satisfaction
