Position:Marketing Coordinator

Location:Independence OH (this is an on-site position)

Job Type:Full-time (on-site); Monday-Friday 8 hours per day.

Description

ROE Dental Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support our growing marketing initiatives. This role will assist with content development campaign execution project coordination and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects while supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist with content creation for email campaigns website content and marketing materials
Coordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through execution
Support email marketing campaigns including building and scheduling emails in HubSpot
Maintain and update HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
Track and analyze marketing data and campaign performance providing reports and insights
Assist with marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
Coordinate marketing assets timelines and internal communication across teams
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy
Organize and maintain marketing materials brand assets and campaign documentation
Provide general support for marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred
13 years of experience in marketing digital marketing or content creation
Experience using HubSpot for email marketing CRM or campaign management preferred
Strong writing and content development skills
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
Experience with marketing analytics reporting and data interpretation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
