The Team
The Derivatives team in Dentons London office is looking to recruit a French stagiaire for a 6-month full-time internship. This opportunity follows the recent arrival of a new dual-qualified Partner (French Avocat à la Cour / English Solicitor) further strengthening the teams cross-border derivatives capability.
Our team advises on a wide range of OTC and exchange traded derivatives transactions across multiple asset classes including interest rate FX equity crypto commodities and credit. The practice is diverse ranging from routine flow of traditional derivative securities lending and repo transactions and negotiation of related master agreements (ISDA FBF GMRA GMSLA) to finance-linked swaps deal-contingent trades structured credit and equity derivatives as well as related regulatory matters (EMIR / UK EMIR margin and clearing requirements). The work is highly international and frequently involves cross-border transactions.
