YOUR FUTURE ROLE
In this position you will play a crucial role in leading headcount analysis transforming complex workforce data into clear and strategic insights for key stakeholders and the Executive Board. With a strong corporate mindset you will spotlight trends patterns and risks that inform critical business decisions. Within the CoE Workforce Analytics & Insights you will guide endtoend headcount planning and reporting ensuring quality and consistency while enhancing reporting assets and advancing predictive AIdriven planning capabilities. You will develop and refine headcount and personnel expense forecasting models to support standardized calculations scenario simulations and costdriver analysis while also helping to harmonize payroll postings accruals and related data to provide reliable highquality insights that strengthen transparency and enable confident datadriven decisionmaking. You will also support company-wide projects by delivering workforce-related data and insights and shaping strategic processes together with stakeholders from Finance People & Culture and Strategy & Operations.

The Center of Excellence (CoE) Workforce Analytics & Insights part of Corporate Controlling acts as a strategic expert hub that drives standards innovation and best practices related to workforce and personnel expenses acrossorganization. The team provides deep functional expertise and delivers clear data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize workforce performance in support of our operating profit ambitions. We inform the Executive Board and finance organization by analyzing workforce trends and patterns and by using AI/predictive-powered planning to simulate scenario-based headcount and P&L outcomes end-to-end. Working closely with Controlling Finance People & Culture and Strategy & Operations we continuously simplify and innovate our tools and processes to present actionable easy-to-consume findings that drive better data-driven workforce decisions.
