Job Summary

Were looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire outstanding talent across our Tech Data and Digital communities. Youll play a crucial role in shaping our sourcing strategy championing an excellent candidate experience and ensuring our hiring approach reflects our strong commitment to inclusion and wellbeing. This is a full end-to-end position ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with hiring managers building strong talent pipelines and acting as a trusted advisor in a fastpaced environment.

What youll be doing:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to source technical talent across active and passive markets
  • Building deep market insight by engaging with networks analysing competitor trends and developing specialist knowledge
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and enhancing touchpoints throughout the recruitment journey
  • Partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through the endtoend hiring process
  • Direct sourcing and pipeline building through creative and diverse attraction strategies
  • Assessing and screening candidates to ensure consistent fair and capabilitybased evaluation
  • Negotiating offers and clearly communicating total reward benefits and the onboarding journey
  • Championing diversity inclusion and valuesaligned behaviours throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Expertise in sourcing Tech and Data roles with proven knowledge of external market conditions and trends
  • Experience of the full recruitment lifecycle within an inhouse RPO or agency environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume of roles and stakeholders effectively maintaining a quality service 
  • A passion for delivering excellent experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong direct sourcing skills across a variety of attraction channels
  • Experience of advocating for inclusion and wellbeing across multiple dimensions
  • Confidence as a brand ambassador through social media events and networking
  • Knowledge of UK employment law recruitment risks and regulatory considerations
