Your Mission: You Will
- Support daytoday operations of corporate networks servers and IT systems.
- Configure and maintain LAN WAN VPN and WiFi networks across offices and datacenters.
- Install upgrade and troubleshoot hardware software and infrastructure components.
- Investigate and resolve IT incidents reported by users ensuring reliable service delivery.
- Follow corporate security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects documentation upgrades and system improvements.
- Collaborate with your Team Lead peers crossfunctional teams and external vendors when needed.
Qualifications :
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree in IT or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in network/system administration in a corporate environment.
- Practical knowledge of routing switching WiFi networks and firewalls.
- Experience with VPN solutions or ZTNA.
- VMware or alternative vendor virtualisation experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) networking/security fundamentals are enough.
- Good understanding of DNS user/rolebased access control and general IT security practices.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with global teams.
Youll Stand Out If You Have
- Certifications such as Cisco/Juniper Linux Admin VMware or Windows Admin.
- Handson experience with Meraki devices and WiFi controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- A proactive solutionoriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
- Experience working in a distributed or multinational environment.
