Enterprise Account Manager, Telco, Media, Entertainment, Games and Sports
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Enterprise Sales Account Manager focused on strategic accounts within the TMEGS vertical.
The candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The candidate should possess both a sales and technical background that enables him or her to drive engagement at the Director and VP level as well as with software developers IT architects and other customer executives.
In this role you will manage a portfolio of named TMEGS accounts balancing breadth of coverage with depth of engagement where opportunity warrants. The ability to understand complex business requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned to industry use cases (e.g. 5G enablement Automation Monetization Customer Experience OTT/streaming platforms gaming/betting infrastructure content delivery and ad-tech) is crucial.
The AWS Enterprise Account Manager will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills in both Portuguese and English. Additionally the ability to work with extended teams and coordinate their efforts is essential for success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive adoption across a territory of TMEGS accounts (Telco Media Entertainment Gaming and Sports) to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers within the TMEGS vertical
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically prioritizing engagement based on revenue potential and strategic fit within the TMEGS segments
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS tailored to TMEGS industry use cases including network modernization streaming/OTT gaming infrastructure betting platforms and content delivery
- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement helping customers understand how AWS cloud and AI/ML solutions address their specific TMEGS challenges
- Solid skills working with partners to manage joint selling opportunities
- Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations aligned to their Telco Media Entertainment Gaming or Sports context
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

- 5 years of direct sales or business development in software cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 6 years of business development partner development sales or alliances management experience
- Experience in Telco Media Entertainment Games and Sports market use cases and solutions
- Demonstrated success selling to C-Level executives
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- MBA or relevant technical degree
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies or Telco and Media
- Experience selling solutions and use cases with AI for TMEGS sector
