ASSA ABLOY is the global leader in access solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our Melbourne team. This isnt a reactive service rolethis is about outbound acquisition and account growth.
You will be the proactive engine of our sales department working alongside our Customer Service team to identify qualify and close opportunities within the locksmith and trade sectors.
Your mission is to drive revenue through consistent high-quality outbound activity. You will use your ability to build rapid rapport to consult with trade partners and secure their loyalty to our market-leading product range.
Your key focus areas:
Outbound Business Development: Execute strategic outbound calls to re-engage dormant accounts and acquire new trade business.
Lead Conversion: Intercept inquiries and marketing leads moving them quickly through the funnel from qualification to close.
Solution Consulting: Recommend technical mechanical and electronic locking solutions tailored to locksmith and builder needs.
Pipeline Mastery: Take full ownership of your CRM ensuring every lead is pursued and every quote is followed up.
Collaborative Selling: Partner with Field Sales and Customer Service to provide a seamless proactive experience for our partners.
We are looking for an experienced closer who is comfortable managing high-volume phone activity and navigating objections.
Proven Outbound Sales Experience: Background in Inside Sales BDR SDR or Telesales with a focus on business development.
The Hunter Mindset: A proactive approach to finding opportunities and a resilient attitude toward outbound calling.
Trade Rapport: The ability to communicate effectively with locksmiths and trade professionalsbuilding trust quickly is essential.
