As an Application Support Agent Junior you will:
- Receive and log user requests incidents and questions via email phone or face-to-face interactions.
- Provide technical support by investigating issues and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Keep end users informed about the status and progress of their requests.
- Participate in meetings with Commission staff including coaching and training activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation and user manuals to support training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
- First successful experience in user support.
- Excellent knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and reactive approach to problem-solving with strong stress resilience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing at different levels.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification is considered an asset.
