Job Summary
Role Summary
- Manage endtoend capital expenditure planning budgeting evaluation and governance.
- Ensure capital investments align with business strategy and deliver expected financial returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual and long-term capex budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Consolidate capex requirements across plants functions and business units.
- Review and challenge capex proposals for scope cost benefits and business justification.
- Perform financial analysis: NPV IRR ROI payback sensitivity analysis.
- Ensure compliance with capex policies approval limits and accounting standards.
- Track project approvals commitments actual spend and forecast updates.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and highlight risks or delays.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly capex reports and management presentations.
- Partner with engineering operations procurement and project owners.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to verify ROI realization.
- Drive improvement of capex planning tools templates and processes.
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
CA with 4-6 years of experience
Critical Exposures
- Exposure to 1 complete cycle of financial forecasting and budgeting exercise for the organization is preferred
- Experience in financial analysis including variance analysis trend analysis and scenario analysis is desired
- Experience in preparing MIS Sales reporting financial performance and key financial metrics is desired
- Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Controlling or Accounting functions is preferred
