Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop own and continuously improve the manufacturing processes in SWEP Suzhou mainly focus on process design and brazing process commitment & improvement.

2. Participate in the New Product Development/Transfer (NPD/NPT) Projects as the manufacturing representative to make sure the process will be capable of manufacturing the new product meeting project and operations targets and KPIs.

3. Support the manufacturing/maintenance teams with production methods and problem solving in order to have processes that reach and exceed the targets and KPIs set by management.

4. Participate and be active member in global technology groups. Ensure that set global standards are followed.

5. Identifying and eliminate waste optimize workflows improve overall operation efficiency.

Job Requirements:
任职要求
1. Bachelors degree or above majoring in Materials Forming Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.
本科或以上学历主修材料成型机械或相关工科专业
2. 1-4 years of work experience in process engineering related to manufacturing enterprises.
1-4年制造企业工艺工程相关工作经验
3. English proficiency level 4 or above fluent in listening speaking reading and writing.
英语四级或以上听说读写流利
4. Use at least one 2D/3D design software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks etc. for basic drawing. Proficient in using Office software.
能使用AutoCADSolidWorks等至少一种2D/3D设计软件进行基础绘图熟练使用Office办公软件
5. Adapt to the production site environment work meticulously and have a sense of responsibility.
