Job Summary
Business analysis
Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks monthly reporting for the HQ Region or for local management
Analyze the main variances vs. last year and budget
Evaluate profitability of the Brands analyzing monthly P&L
Prepare monthly meeting for Brands Management
Budget Preparation
Support with preparation of budget template and consolidation for SEA-OC
Assist with budget submission to HQ
Internal Control
Review Internal Control Cockpit and highlight potential control issues
Support with follow-up action on retail audit working closely with Retail teams
Other
Support with development of Power BI for Net Sales and P&L monitoring
Review of controlling procedures and update if needed
Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
Ad hoc analysis and project follow up
Qualifications :
Key competencies:
Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Advanced excel skills including pivot table and lookup
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Analytical mind
Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
Team player
System oriented
