About Company
We are representing a New Yorkstyle pizza shop in Taiwan focusing mainly on delivery and take-out orders. It is a fast-paced but close-knit working environment restaurant. As they are expanding they are looking for suitable Malaysian restaurant supervisor to join them!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the restaurant
- Coordinate with team members during busy service periods
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with customer service and handle customer inquiries when needed
- Help ensure smooth workflow for delivery and takeaway orders
- Support the manager in maintaining operational standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or minimum 5 years restaurant experience
- Experience supervising staff or managing restaurant shifts
- Advanced Mandarin Chinese required for customer interaction
- Basic English for training and communication with coworkers
- Willing to relocate to Taiwan

Working hours:
- Standard weekday shift: 89 hours per day typical weekday shift: 2:00 PM 11:30 PM.
