About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading team in the automotive industry. In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring a premium service experience aligned with the standards of a luxury automotive brand.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and other communication channels.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products services and processes.

  • Deliver a premium customer experience in line with luxury brand expectations.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service quality.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C2 level) and good English communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.

  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands is considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.

Work Model

  • On-site position in Barcelona.

  • Candidates may work remotely from Spain after the training period but must be based in Barcelona during training.
