Job Summary

HSE ADVISOR
Perth WA Onshore Drilling 3:3 Roster

CrewSELECT is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a leading onshore drilling contractor operating across Western Australia.

This role will see you working closely with drilling crews and operational teams to maintain strong safety standards and ensure compliance across site operations.

Whats On Offer:

$1100 per day
3:3 roster
Perth-based role
34 month contract with potential for long-term work
Opportunity to work with an established drilling contractor

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across drilling operations
Conduct site inspections audits and risk assessments
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation company policies and industry standards
Support crews through toolbox talks safety training and hazard identification

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years proven HSE experience
Experience within drilling oil & gas or energy operations
Offshore experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safety systems
Ability to promote and maintain a proactive safety culture
