Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting rolling forecasts and long-range planning processes within Adaptive Planning
  • Build and enhance revenue forecasting models including backlog pipeline bookings and conversion analytics
  • Partner with business leaders to developaccurate data-driven forecasts
  • Analyze actuals versus budget/forecast and deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and growth modeling

Business Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Design build andmaintainBI dashboards to provide clear visibility into revenue operational and financial performance
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into intuitive decision-ready visualizations
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand business drivers KPIs and data gaps
  • Improve data transparency consistency and governance across reporting platforms
  • Drive adoption of dashboards and reporting tools through stakeholder training and enablement
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions

Adaptive Planning System Owner

  • Serve as thebusiness owner and primary administratorof Adaptive Planning
  • Own platform governance model architecture dimensional structure and data integrity
  • Lead enhancements new model builds and continuous optimization of forecasting capabilities
  • Partner with Accounting IT and Operations to integrate ERP and other source systems
  • Manage user access security roles and workflow controls
  • Develop scalable dashboards reports and executive-ready outputs
  • Train business users and standardize planning processes across the organization
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Adaptive vendor and implementation partners

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
  • 58 years of FP&A or revenue-focused finance experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelingexpertise
  • Experience building BI dashboards (Power BI Tableau or similar tools)
  • Hands-on experience administering or owning a financial planning system (Adaptive Planning strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-paced private equitybacked environment

Preferred

  • Experience in power utilities energy services industrial or field services sectors
  • Experience supporting private equity sponsors
  • Exposure to M&A and multi-entity environments
  • CPA CFA or MBA preferred

Additional Information

Travel:âup to25% Travel

Compensation: $140000 w/15% bonus
