Job Summary
Role Description
Formulate organize and coordinate inter-connected projects across multiple departments and geographies.
Leverage prior experience or progressively build expertise in IT applications such as ERP SaaS and enterprise platforms as well as emerging technologies including AI/ML IoT and RPA as relevant to client environments.
Leverage or develop functional understanding of business processes with strong preference for Supply Chain domains including procurement planning logistics manufacturing sales & distribution finance retail and eCommerce.
Lead Project / Program Management for large-scale corporate IT programs and enterprise implementations including supply chain and procurement product implementations.
Own end-to-end responsibility for planning resource management risk and issue management stakeholder management and project reporting.
Identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities across programs and projects.
Implement project reviews and quality assurance practices to ensure successful delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and business value realization.
Establish and run large initiatives through structured program and project governance frameworks.
Define and document project objectives scope assumptions risks dependencies and mitigation plans. Develop high-level project plans with milestones and timelines.
Create and manage detailed project plans covering tasks resources timelines dependencies and status tracking. Ensure timely execution and optimal resource utilization.
Manage proactive and structured communication with clients vendors partners and internal stakeholders.
Own on-time in-scope delivery of project outcomes. Perform periodic risk assessments and manage escalations effectively.
Measure and communicate project performance using standard metrics and reporting mechanisms. Maintain comprehensive and reusable project documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in IT Project Management with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Supply Chain experience preferred especially in procurement planning or enterprise supply chain environments.
Hands-on experience in supply chain procurement product implementations (ERP or SaaS-based).
Proven experience managing large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations.
Experience working in Waterfall Agile and/or Hybrid delivery models.
Strong analytical problem-solving and planning skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
Prior exposure to FMCG IT programs is an added advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Educational Qualifications
Strong academic background from reputed engineering and/or management institutions.
612 years of relevant experience in project/program management.
Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 CSM CSPO SAFe or equivalent are preferred. This is the correct one
Required Skills:
Experience & Required skill: Minimum 5 years plus in similar role. Degree and Procurement certification achieved (i.e. CIPS). Experience working for an FMI ( Financial Market Infrastructure) is preferable. Coaching experience required. Knowledge skills and abilities / competencies required for successful job performance Knowledge Procurement and Supply Chain in-depth knowledge Contract Law and legal knowledge relevant to Procurement activities Experience of applying Procurement skills and techniques to positively disrupt business strategy and outcomes. Proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues within Procurement environment. Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain complex and multiple business stakeholder relationships. Team management or coaching initiative Commercial acumen Strong negotiation skills Ability to clearly articulate and communicate Strong decision-making attributes Project management preferable Problem solving Analytical mindset Ability to interpret a range of differing priorities Qualifications / certifications: Undergraduate Degree/CIPS accreditation desirable
